Hiroko Tsumori, East Bay Realtor, MBA

Hello!  How can I help you?

Born in Japan, I reside in Oakland with my husband, two teenagers, and two rescued beagles named Maria, and Spike. I am a veteran, bilingual Realtor serving the East Bay communities. I focus on helping my clients achieve their real estate goals. I'm a detail-oriented and keen practitioner of all aspects of the real estate sales, marketing, and purchase process.

A graduate of San Francisco State University with an MBA in Finance, I worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions for companies in Silicon Valley, including ComputerWare, Netscape, and Sony. Always a fan of great architecture, it was in Silicon Valley where I first encountered fabulous Eichler homes in Palo Alto and Mountain View. How smashingly good looking they were!

New opportunities led us to Los Angeles, where we eventually settled in the Hollywood Hills. There, I discovered the mid-century modern style architecture and design. My passion for architecture and design led me back to school and I studied interior design at UCLA, including architectural drawing, space planning, and green design. The  most memorable moment of my living in Hollywood Hills was when I had an opportunity to visit late Julius Shulman at his residence, talked with him, and got his fabulous book, Architecture and the Photography autographed in September 2004.

After spending seven years in LA, moving back to the Bay Area felt like coming home. I worked at Coldwell Banker for 5 or more years and then I got a chance to become a member of Bay Area Modern Real Estate!  The owners are top agents for Eichler and modern home sales in Bay Area.

Why don't you call me to discuss your needs in real estate?  Let's get started!
