Foundation retrofit --- great incentive!

It is the time again to apply for seismic retrofit!




We completed a seismic retrofit on our home through the Earthquake Brace +

Bolt (EBB) program, and it’s being offered again in our area. This program pays up to

$3,000 toward a seismic retrofit to homeowners with older houses that qualify. You can
