Pending in Oakland!

It’s already mid-February, and the spring market is beginning to wake up.
I’ve been working with out-of-state buyers for quite some time. We initially communicated by email and reviewed properties online, and I occasionally toured homes on their behalf.
Some buyers are comfortable purchasing without seeing the property in person — but I’m not sure I could ever do that myself!
Recently, my clients flew in to tour homes together. We saw around ten properties before they found the one that felt right. We wrote an offer… and yes — we got it!
Congratulations to my wonderful buyers!
The real estate selling season is just getting started. Inventory is still relatively low, and the number of serious buyers actively looking is also manageable. For buyers who prefer to avoid intense bidding wars in the Bay Area, this can actually be a strategic window of opportunity.
If you’ve been thinking about buying, this early part of the season may be worth considering.
